1. Cancellations by Guests

  • More than 21 days before the booking date:
    Full refund—no cancellation fee.

  • 15 to 21 days before arrival:
    50% of the payment will be retained; remaining 50% refunded.

  • 7 to 14 days before arrival:
    75% of the payment will be retained; 25% refunded.

  • Less than 7 days or No-Show:
    No refund issued.

  • A minimum service charge of 10% applies even if the cancellation occurs within the fully refundable window.

2. Refund Process & Timing

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.

  • If the booking wasn’t prepaid (e.g., paid on arrival), guests will be contacted within 3 business days to arrange an alternative resolution (e.g., credit, reschedule).

3. Exceptional Circumstances

  • In case of park closure due to inclement weather, safety issues, or operational disruptions, guests will receive:

    • Full refund if the park remains closed all day.

    • Partial refund if the guest has entered the premises but cannot continue with booked services.
